As a family with 6 kids, we have certainly done our share of cheering AND fundraising!  We are excited to partner our family owned and operated small business with your team or event to created a fundraiser that we would personally feel comfortable participating in OR running.

Fundraising Detail

  1. Designate a Team Tumbler Campaign Coordinator.  This person will be our main contact moving forward and will keep the communication process as seamless as possible.
  2. Choose your drinkware colors and upload your team logo. Don’t have a high quality version Send us what you have, and we will get you taken care of!
  3. Set a fundraising goal, kickoff, and timeline!  We recommend a goal of approximately 2 tumblers/bottles per participant. We have also found that a two-week fundraising window is a great time frame to keep people excited while having time to reach out to friends and family.
  4. Provide a roster of all leaders/coaches within your organization. We use this list to create products for your organization’s leaders when you hit fundraising goals. Talk to a member of OUR team for current fundraising incentives.
  5. Preview your personalized team fundraising web page. Within one week of completing the fundraising form you will receive a “proof” of your fundraising web page.  After you approve your personalized team fundraising page, we will be ready to make it live on the day of your fundraiser kick-off.
  6. Market your fundraising link via social media, letters, phone calls and reaching out to friends nearby. We will provide a special referral URL and coupon codes that you can use to share your fundraiser with friends and family. Anyone who uses your referral URL and coupon codes will automatically deposit to your organization $5 dollars per item sold. Tip:  Delegate someone other than the campaign coordinator to lead this! Be very intentional about this as it is a game changer!
  7. We will arrange delivery of all of your organization’s products to your campaign coordinator within 2-3 weeks of the close of the campaign. Your organization is responsible for dispersing the products to participants.
